Dues are going up $7.10 to $149.10 per month on March 1st, 2025. Please update your automatic payment with your bank by then. Our recently completed reserve study recommended that we raise dues by 5% in each of the upcoming few years to cover future maintenance issues in the neighborhood and avoid assessments.

The board is seeking quotes to replace broken concrete in many of our parking pads. Contact the board to make sure your issues are on our list.
Plans are afoot to correct some drainage issues in the neighborhood. Contact the board if you know of areas that need attention!

NC law mandates that we post this reminder: under NCGS 7A-38.3F, members of the Association may request a mediation with the Association to try to resolve a dispute that does not involve the collection of assessments.
