The Board is made up of volunteer homeowners or residents that work to keep the neighborhood safe and in shape. We manage the budget, coordinate with contractors to maintain common areas and repair infrastructure, approve architectural change requests, organize neighborhood social events, and oversee and implement neighborhood bylaws and covenants.
The Board meets several times a year. Summaries of Board meetings are made available to homeowners by request at tcehoa@gmail.com. The agenda and minutes of the most recent annual Members' Meetings are available on the Documents page of this website.

President
The president shall preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors; shall see that orders and resolutions of the Board are carried out; shall sign all leases, mortgages, deeds and other written instruments and shall co-sign all checks and promissory notes.
Vice-President
The vice-president shall act in the place and stead of the president in the event of his or her absence , inability or refusal to act, and shall exercise and discharge such other duties as may be required of him or her by the Board.
Secretary
The Secretary shall record the votes and keep the minutes of all meetings and proceedings of the Board and of the Members; keep the corporate seal of the Association and affix it on all papers requiring said seal; serve notice of meetings of the Board and of the Members; keep appropriate current records showing the Members of the Association together with their addresses, and shall perform such other duties as required by the Board. The Secretary attends meetings of the Board and the annual meeting and records the major points of business conducted at the meeting, including but not limited to the exact wording and tally for and against motions voted on by the Board or by the membership. The Secretary prepares a written account of all TCEHOA Board and membership meetings and circulates it to Board members for their review and correction. The Secretary retains a file copy of the document as approved by the Board and passes all file copies to the succeeding Secretary.
Treasurer
The treasurer, with the assistance of the HOA accountant, shall receive and deposit in appropriate bank accounts all monies of the Association and shall disburse such funds as directed by resolution of the Board of Directors; shall sign all checks and promissory notes of the Association; keep proper books of account; cause an annual audit of the Association books to be made by a public accountant at the completion of each fiscal year; and shall prepare an annual budget and a statement of income and expenditures to be presented to the membership at its regular annual meeting, and deliver a copy of each to the Members.
Architecture Liaison
The Architecture Liaison reviews written requests from members, required by the Covenants, for buildings, fences, walls or other structures, including building exterior additions, changes or alterations, and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding their approval.
Landscape and Trees Liaison
The Landscape Liaison is the point of contact for the landscaping company, coordinates the annual tree walk, and reviews requests from members, required by the Covenants, for the landscaping, maintenance and improvement of the common area immediately surrounding a member’s lot, as well as the apron, and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding their approval.
Infrastructure Liaison
The Infrastructure Liaison coordinates an annual infrastructure walk, enlisting the support of board members and any interested neighborhood members, to inspect the condition of neighborhood concrete, retaining walls, or other capital inventory, and report findings to the board.
Social Liaison
The Social Liaison will plan, coordinate, and execute neighborhood social activities with the help of board members and community members.
Webmaster and Communications Liaisons
The person or persons fulfilling this position keep the HOA's website up to date, make content changes as requested by the board, and publish a regular digital newsletter to share neighborhood news with owners and renters.
