What do my dues pay for?
The major expenses of the HOA are landscaping, maintenance of common areas and property (steps, retaining walls, parking pads, private roads, etc.), and tree care/removal. For a more detailed list, contact the Board at tcehoa@gmail.com or come to the annual meeting.
Homeowners should be aware that the Board can authorize up to a 5% increase in dues every year to help avoid the need for a special assessment. Any increase over 5% must be agreed on by a majority vote during the annual meeting.
