Dues are going up to $156.56 per month on March 1st, 2026. Please update your automatic payment with your bank before then. Note that our 2024 Reserve Study recommended that we raise dues by 5% per annum in each of the upcoming few years to cover future maintenance issues in the neighborhood and to avoid the need for assessments.

The board is seeking quotes to replace broken concrete in many of our parking pads. Contact the board to make sure your issues are on our list.

NC law mandates that we post this reminder: under NCGS 7A-38.3F, members of the Association may request a mediation with the Association to try to resolve a dispute that does not involve the collection of assessments.
